Send your gold to us

Four simple steps from your drawer to your bank account. Nothing is sold until you accept our written offer.

  1. Sign up online

    Fill in a 2-minute form. We email you a reference number straight away.

  2. Write your note

    On a piece of paper, write:

    • The reference number we emailed you
    • Your full name, driver’s licence number and state
    • Your email and phone number
    • Your bank details: account name, BSB and account number

    Seal the note in an envelope.

  3. Pack and post

    Wrap each piece separately and put it in a padded bag or small box with your note. Post it tracked with Australia Post Registered or Express Post, with signature on delivery. Keep your receipt.

  4. Get your offer and get paid

    We test every piece and email you an itemised offer. Accept and we pay you by bank transfer and reimburse your postage. Decline and we post your gold back, tracked, free.

  1. Complete and sign

    Your name, return address, phone and email, and the signed declaration that you own the items and are 18 or over.

  2. Add photo ID

    Upload your driver licence privately in your My Gold Account, or enclose a clear copy in a sealed envelope. Never send originals.

  3. Using a passport?

    Also include a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and home address.

  4. Pack and post

    Wrap each piece separately, put the form inside, and post tracked with signature on delivery. Keep your receipt.
