This notice covers requests for the Mail Your Gold seller guide. It supplements our business privacy policy.
Your guide request
We use your email and optional name to email the requested PDF, help with delivery problems and keep a request record in our business management service. Our hosting and email service providers process these details to deliver the service. A successful request means our email provider accepted the message; it does not guarantee arrival in your inbox.
Getting the guide does not create an account, commit you to selling or subscribe you to marketing. If you deliberately tick the separate, initially unticked promotional-news checkbox, we record your express consent and activate your marketing subscription immediately. No second confirmation email is required. Each promotional email includes a direct unsubscribe option.
Advertising measurement
On our branded guide page, Meta Pixel measures visits, guide requests accepted by our email provider, and successful PDF file responses. A PDF response is not proof that you saved a file, and a guide request is not a completed sale.
Meta receives browser and advertising identifiers, page and event details and network information such as your IP address. It may use advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, associate activity with information it holds and process information overseas under Meta's privacy policy. The guide's Lead and download event fields do not include the name, email or contents entered in this form; advanced matching is not enabled in this guide integration.
Measurement runs automatically when permitted by the store's privacy settings. We respect existing Shopify privacy choices, Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and the guide opt-out below. We do not automatically record consent on your behalf. Where consent is required and has not been given, these guide events remain off. You can still get your free guide.
Your choices
You can stop guide ad measurement in this browser. This cannot withdraw events already sent to Meta. Clearing browser data resets a locally saved guide preference; other browser and Shopify privacy choices still apply.
